Our trash bin valet service includes moving your bins to and from the curb based on your local pickup schedule. We do not provide trash collection or disposal. You are responsible for ensuring your bins are accessible and that your property is safe for our team to perform the service.
We reserve the right to modify, pause, or cancel services at any time due to weather, holidays, equipment failure, or other operational concerns. Service schedules may also be adjusted based on your local waste provider.
Payment is billed on a recurring basis unless canceled. Missed payments or service cancellations may result in paused service without refund. You may cancel anytime with advance notice as outlined in your customer agreement.
We are not liable for delays, missed pickups by your waste provider, or damage resulting from circumstances outside of our control.
