Refund Policy

A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

We’re committed to delivering reliable, on-time service every week. But if something goes wrong, here’s how refunds work:

Missed Service

If we ever miss a scheduled bin pickup and don’t reschedule it, we’ll issue a refund for that visit.

For customers on our $49/month plan (which covers 4 weekly visits), that breaks down to $12.25 per visit.
So if we miss one and don’t make it right, you’ll be refunded $12.25 for that day.

Cancellations

You can cancel your monthly service at any time. If you cancel before your next billing cycle, you won’t be charged again. We don’t offer partial refunds for unused days once a new billing cycle starts.

What’s Not Covered

We don’t issue refunds for issues caused by your local waste provider (like missed trash pickup), weather delays, blocked access, or if bins aren’t out due to customer error.
